Highlights: Barolo sausage, soppressata, and black-truffle Salami Tartufo from Creminelli, a hit at the Fancy Food Show and one of the brands that Murray’s will carry exclusively. Holiday must: Ham from Vermont Smoke & Cure — it’s cured with local corn cobs, maple wood, and maple syrup. And of course you've got your venison pâté, lardo, Fabriques Delices duck fat and rabbit pâté, and so on.
