We were a little surprised that Jean-Georges Vongerichten was subtitled in the premiere of Top Chef, but okay, dude’s soft-spoken, and maybe one of the episode’s 2.6 million viewers had never heard a French accent before. But this? Amuse Biatch notices that the folks at Bravo, after misidentifying him in a caption as "Jean Gorges" last year, spelled his name "Jean-George" (without an "s") this time around. By the way, interesting fact: The restaurant is Jean Georges (without a hyphen), while the man is Jean-Georges (with a hyphen, and yes, with an "s").
