Workers have put in seven-day weeks finishing murals and unpacking equipment at the Palm Tribeca so the steakhouse can make its debut on November 20. Will the residents of 200 Chambers head downstairs for filet mignon takeout with a Whole Foods around the corner? Probably not in this economy, but they might make an exception for the holidays. The Palm Tribeca will serve turkey alongside steaks on Thanksgiving from noon to 8 p.m.
