Minetta Tavern (whose $27 burger was the subject of a dissertation) isn’t the only local landmark getting a swankification — the Post reports that Graydon Carter, Jeff Klein, and Jeremy King are already hosting friends and family at Monkey Bar. No word on the burger. [NYP]
