Momofuku, BLT Prime Host Local-Minded Private Dinners

Momofuku is throwing a series of farmer-vintner charity dinners, the first of which will find Ssam chef Tien Ho pairing dishes made from a whole Bevelston Farms hog with Turley Cellars' wines. If the $200 price tag is a bit much, we’re told that BLT Prime is hosting a series of $115 dinners in its private dining room, pairing seasonal, local ingredients with offerings from wine or beer makers. The first one, on March 13 at 7 p.m., will feature Brooklyn Brewery’s Garret Oliver and Lisa Granick of Empire Merchants. The menu is below.
