Michelin-Level Open Tables in Abundance

Michelin-starred restaurants have slipped onto OpenTable and there are plenty of choice seatings available, points out an Eater tipster. No surprise, since we’ve been documenting the slew of available tables daily in Two for Eight. Nobu, Jean Georges, and Eleven Madison Park have all had day-of openings. Commenters, too, have picked up on the good-for-us, sad-for-them trend. Even Frank Bruni has noticed the proliferation of open tables at Per Se. Between deals and availability, diners have never had it better. If you’re surfing online for tonight, when we looked, Per Se was free for two at 7:30 p.m. and Daniel had two for 8.
