On the heels of unveiling Prime Meats, the partners Frankie will open Cafe Peddlar on March 11, reports Flo Fab. Their inspiration is Vienna patisserie Demel, which curiously just set up a satellite shop at the Plaza in November. The tortes and strudels here will be baked at nearby Prime; coffee, of course, hails from Stumptown. [Diner's Journal/NYT]
