Bill Telepan reports that you can get his burger on Sunday nights as of February 8. The hamburger, a Platt favorite with “‘house brined’ pickles and an impressive volcano of sourdough onion rings,” was formerly available only on the lunch and brunch menus. Telepan will also continue its Restaurant Week menu at lunchtime through February 27. Pay $24.07 for a three-course lunch between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wednesdays through Fridays.
