Cheap Eats Gets Its Own Website

The MenuPages Chicago blog alerted us to 3 Buck Bites, a new site from CitySearch that identifies food that costs no more than $3.99. The good part: Users can submit their own picks. The bad part: In New York, at least, many of these selections (the black-and-white cookie; a bacon-egg-and-cheese sandwich) are well known.
