Troubled nightclub 205 won its bid against the SLA in State Supreme Court, but it didn’t fare well during a Community Board 3 SLA committee meeting last night, according to Eater. The board recommended that the club’s liquor license not be renewed, and also voted down Guy Jacobson’s other venue, Café Deville, which is seeking to transfer its license to a new sports bar. News of other denials (Caffe Pepe Rosso, a new restaurant in the Carne Vale space) and approvals (Kate’s Joint, Tonda) is over at Eater.
