A month ago, the Post spilled some details about Daniel Boulud’s new “French brasserie meets American diner,” DBGB. We’re now told there won’t be a mere 24 draft beers, but at least four dozen! (May we put in a request for one of our favorites, Corsendonk — currently on tap at Balthazar and Moto but at few if any others?) The heart of the bistro menu will be house-made sausages paying tribute to varieties from around the world (more currywurst?). Get ready now: Boulud is aiming for late April.
