Boqueria Introduces Olive-oil Ice Cream

There was a pleasant surprise on Boqueria’s dessert menu last night — homemade ice cream. And not just any ice cream — olive-oil ice cream, plus honey and apple cider (sadly, no pine nut, a past flavor). The restaurant started churning a couple of weeks ago. We’re guessing (hoping) salt ice cream lies ahead.
