The $600 million lawsuit against Hawaiian Tropic Zone is getting more sordid, as manager Giulietta Consalvo now claims she was paid to keep quiet about being allegedly sexually assaulted by her boss, Anthony Rakis. Per Consalvo’s attorney: “Because she essentially put up and shut up concerning Rakis' ongoing sexual harassment she received a $5,000 bonus and a $10,000 raise, clearly job benefits.” [NYDN]
