As promised, here’s your very first walk-through of Scuderia. Silvano Marchetto’s new restaurant — which will be operated mostly by his daughter Leyla and his longtime Da Silvano GM, Alessandro Bandini — is open for invite-only previews this week and to the general public on March 9. We’ve already shown you the menu. What else is there to say? Ah! Italian wines range from $35 to $70, with high-end bottles going for $100 to $350. Don’t even think about ordering a Chardonnay or a Merlot here. And now, the grand tour.
