‘21' Rescinds Tie Rule

The '21' Club is bowing to the times with perks like free six-hour parking for dinner guests, but Lost City noticed one change on the press release that he can't get behind: no more enforced ties. "'21' was the last restaurant in New York City to demand that gentlemen wear a jacket and tie ... Men really are children these days ... Why don't you just unbutton your pants, take off your shoes and prop your stocking feet up on the checkered tablecloth while you're at it?" he bemoans.
