The '21' Club is bowing to the times with perks like free six-hour parking for dinner guests, but Lost City noticed one change on the press release that he can't get behind: no more enforced ties. "'21' was the last restaurant in New York City to demand that gentlemen wear a jacket and tie ... Men really are children these days ...
