“Housewives” Countess LuAnn Offers Etiquette Tips to “Jersey Shore” Cast

"Real Housewives of New York" star Countess LuAnn de Lesseps had some etiquette tips for members of the hard-partying, loud-mouthed "Jersey Shore" cast last night.

“When sitting down at a table when you’re not sure what fork to use, start from the outside and work your way in,” the 45-year-old reality starlet and author of "Class With the Countess" told Niteside. “Stay true to yourself. That’s what works.”

Lesseps joined an eclectic cast of characters at the 6th Annual Paper Magazine Nightlife Awards Thursday evening at The Hudson Hotel’s dungeon-esque hotspot Good Units. Lesseps presented the award for “Best Gay Night.” Among the company mingling over complimentary Russian Standard Vodka cocktails were DJ Mia Moretti, Caitlin Moe, Amanda Lepore, Nicky Digital, Lady Fag, Charlotte Ronson and host of the evening, Pee-Wee Herman.

Dressed in a Magaschoni dress and Louis Vuitton heels, the newly divorced Lesseps also told Niteside that she’s still dating French beau Jacques Azoulay.

He's still "fabulous and French," she said.

As for what viewers can expect next season on "Housewives"? Lesseps said: “More music. Happiness and having fun. It’s going to be a really interesting, hot season.”
