Dogmatic, now certified open
1) Flatiron/Union Square: The popular Dogmatic Sausage System cart in Bleecker Park has expanded to a new restaurant set to open today on E. 17th Street. No less than four readers have alerted us to the opening. Says one: "Dogmatic, the fancy hot dog place (I mean 'Gourmet Sausage System') is open on 17th just off of Union Square. The extremely affordable pies range from traditional marinara, to broccolini/sausage/burrata, to mussel-topped, to fresh peas & speck (dried prosciutto that tastes distinctively of juniper..."
