Moby, perhaps New York's most unlikely real estate baron, has sold off another property in his luxurious portfolio. Max Abelson reports that everyone's favorite multi-platinum bald-headed vegan tea shop owner (and his group of investors) sold a four-floor spread in the gorgeous Landmark 17 on Stuyvesant Square Park for $4.35 million. The buyer is a natural gas broker who also owns part of the Houston Texans. The Victorian Gothic Landmark 17 used to be a convent and a rehab facility, and this apartment contains the old chapel room, refurbished in the early '90s following a donation by Eric Clapton.
