It seems that while we missed a critical rendering of the Toll Brothers Northside Piers development in Williamsburg, a tipster did not. In pointing us to the fascinating image above of the woman in the pool clutching the ankles of a guy in a suit who looks to be about ten-feet tall, he writes: "A development for giants? That get swim-wear right about half of the time?" Eh, the rats are pretty freaking big too.
