On the heels of a Crewcuts store expansion and neighborhood pop-ups from brands from Old Navy to Macy's, J. Crew is setting permanent storefront sights on the Flatiron District.
Crain's reports that little sister label Madewell has signed a long-term lease for a split-level, 3,000-square-foot former Nine West space at 115 Fifth Avenue between 18th and 19th streets.
Most recently, the strip has also enjoyed long-term lease attention from quickly expanding Michael Kors (at 133 Fifth Avenue) and New Balance (150 Fifth Avenue).
