Last-Minute Plan: The Antlers @ Ace Hotel

We at Nonstop Sound don't claim to to be experts in fashion -- but we'll gladly shout out anyone who puts Brooklyn's newest indie stars the Antlers with the much-lauded Unknown Mortal Orchestra together on a free bill.

Levi's and Urban Outfitters have done just that, hosting a free show at the Ace Hotel as part of their roving Bike Shop Tour.

The Antlers, coming off their second stellar album in a row with the haunting, electro-pop gem Burst Apart, are gearing up for a four-month trans-Atlantic tour, and won't be back to New York until an Oct. 3 show at the Wellmont Theatre.

UMO, who released their self-titled debut to massive acclaim, are in the midst of their own tour and will return in September for dates at Webster Hall (with Toro y Moi) and Glasslands -- but even then, you'll have to pay to see them.

Not so tonight. Doors open at 7 p.m. and UMO is scheduled to hit the stage an hour later; we'd advise showing up plenty early to ensure entry.
