What you see here is an ice-cream waffle. But not just any ice-cream waffle. It’s the ice-cream waffle that Jacques Torres is personally dishing out at his Hudson Street store right now. That’s right, the ice-cream stand has launched. This has gotten us in such a fuss to start the weekend that — what the heck — we’re going to go ahead and take the rest of the day off, and we won’t be back till Tuesday.
