If you haven’t tried the Italian matzoh at Lattanzi Ristorante on Restaurant Row, you're in for a sensory explosion.

Made in the Roman-Jewish fashion, the paper-thin delicacy is grilled to a crisp, then sprinkled generously with olive oil, garlic and salt.

You won't find it on the menu and it's only served at lunch and after 8 in the evening when it's fresh off the grill, so pre-theater diners are out of luck.

The 25-year-old family-owned restaurant is located at 361 West 46th Street, serving the most munchable matzoh ever.
