Make way for Aritzia, the Toronto-based chain making its New York debut next week at 524 Broadway.
We've been eagerly anticipating the store's arrival since the fall: They already run a number of stores on the west coast and in New Jersey, but this will be the city's first.
Aritzia falls into one of our favorite genres -- fast-fashion imported from abroad. It's affordable and typically just different than what we're used to: In other words, the perfect source for a worldly city-girl wardrobe.
Racked described the vibe quite well, likening it to "a cross between BCBG, The Limited, Searle, and the fifth floor at the Saks Fifth Avenue flagship in Manhattan."
