UPPER EAST SIDE— Some lease woes and relocation news from TONY: "UES neighborhood stalwart Paola’s is moving from its East 84th Street perch to replace Joanna’s in the nearby Wales Hotel. The move can be chalked up to that perennial issue: loss of lease." [TONY]
