Grant said Chicago was next on his stop, Mobile five stars at Trio put him on Top. Alina was opened two thousand and five, The critics agreed and business started to thrive.

Gourmet Magazine's top 50 called Alina the best,
28 courses to taste stood out from the rest.
21 in the world by Restaurant Magazine,
A kid from St. Clair, who would have foreseen.

In December he announce he was Cancer free.
Back to the kitchen with such joy and such glee.
The Alina experience is now going on tour,
Too bad Michelin does not give out four.
