Although today marks the start of Off-Broadway's $20 theater ticket deal, there's a new offer out there that's even cheaper.
The 8Coupons.com website is offering $8 tickets to "The Castle" at New World Stages.
"The Castle" is a play that tells the story of four New Yorkers -- three men and one woman -- who were formerly imprisoned.
On the steeper end of the cheap theater spectrum, the MCC Theater is pitching a 2-play subscription for $79. That gets you tickets to their Off-Broadway productions of "The Third Story," starring Kathleen Turner and Charles Busch, as well as Neil Gaiman's "Coraline," scheduled for late spring.
