CurbedWire: Trying to Convince People WTC Timetable is Real

WTC—Well, it's been the week of the timetable for the various World Trade Center site developments and on that note, the Port Authority ended the week by launching a new WTC website and a "list of key milestones." Also (and this is supposed to be reassuring), it's "the first time the agency has committed to milestones - to allow the public to track the progress of the World Trade Center rebuilding effort and hold the Port Authority and all of its project partners accountable." So, now everyone can feel that the timetable isn't, you know, written lightly in pencil. The agency also "commits to making quarterly milestone report public." Everyone exhale and be glad they won't be private. [CurbedWire Inbox]For more stories from Curbed, go to curbed.com.
