The Skinny: It'll be interesting to see what happens to the Financial District housing market over the next few months, given all the new inventory and uncertain level of interest. The number of condo conversions of old commercial buildings down there, got us thinking about the resale market for conversions that might not be as new. How's it holding up? That's for you to guess. What we've got here is a nice sixth-floor loft in a century-old landmark that got the ol' conversion treatment back in 2005. It's a doorman building with a gym and roof deck. Maintenance a tad high, and it has a bit of bad mojo for being so close to the Fulton Transit Hub debacle. So, how much?
