The Jackson Heights broker who created the "Billy Burg, Meet Jack Heights." and "More Park. Less Slope." ad campaign for the neighborhood is now in the second year of his victory lap for coming up with the whole thing. And he's thinking about taking the Jack Heights message across the river: "He has plans for more ads in Washington Heights and Inwood; he might even have a real live Jack Heights show up at neighborhood events."
