Clippings: Worst Holiday Windows Edition

- Racked trekked out to Soho to cover some of the worst holiday windows of the season. (To be fair, some aren't awful, just rather lackluster). The caption for this one's priceless: "Desigual—the window was designed whilst shrooming." [Racked]

- Lord & Taylor settled with the Humane Society out of court for its accused mislabeling of raccoon-dog fur (an animal that, apparently, none of the fashion news outlets had really heard of before) as "faux." Apparently, Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy's, and Neiman Marcus are still awaiting trial over the same allegations. [The Cut]

- If you don't know the name Ann Dexter-Jones yet, you likely soon will: Kate Moss liked the bracelet Dexter-Jones was wearing recently so much that Sir Philip Green bought it for her right off the woman's arm. The good news is, the bracelet was Dexter-Jones' own creation, and Moss's blessing is like fashion gold. [NY Post]

- Why does Andre Leon Tally like horseback riding so much? "Because I’ve always thought that the discipline of the horse and the man and dance are the same thing to me. It’s ballet. It’s ballet!" [The Cut]

- In one of the few bright spots of retail lately, jobs in retail are actually on the rise in anticipation of the holidays. [WWD]
