Customers of the New York City-based Citibank have regained access to their account information following a computer outage.
Many of the troubled bank's clients weren't able to retrieve account details online or by telephone during the outage, which began Tuesday afternoon. Others could access only parts of their account profiles.
Citibank said in a statement Wednesday: "As of this morning, all services are available. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused our customers."
Citibank is a division of Citigroup Inc., which is struggling to survive the global financial crisis with billions of dollars in aid from the government.
Citigroup recently said it plans to cut 50,000 jobs worldwide.
