Administrative charges have been filed against two brothers who were working on the tower crane at Silver Towers on Far West 42nd Street when one construction worker (their brother in law) fell 500 feet to his death. The men are accused of cutting the safety guardrail on a platform attached to the crane, the same platform from which the worker fell. They face fines and the revocation of their licenses.
