Dennis Haskins "subdued" over drinks; Katie Couric eats Italian

It’s been a tough summer for Dennis Haskins. After Mr. Belding was unceremoniously excised from the Saved By the Bell reunion on the cover of People magazine, Haskins was also subjected to prying eyes during a round of drinks at the Griffin. (The Daily News called him “subdued.”) He should have gone to Vico Ristorante and appealed to Katie Couric for better coverage — she was eating there with her daughter.
