Not surprisingly, the high winds are taking their toll on at least one development project in the borough this morning. Earlier today, construction debris flew off 163 Washington Avenue, shown here in a photo from last month, smashing a truck and causing the cops to shut down the street. Hopefully there won't be any worker accidents today. Remember what happened at 525 Clinton Avenue a year ago. GMAP
