Chicory, a popular Cobble Hill spot for an affordable meal or reliable take-out which closed earlier last year, looks poised for a re-opening. The storefront space at 243 Degraw Street has paper in the windows and workers have been spotted coming in and out in recent days. We're not sure whether the re-opening is happening under the auspices of the restaurant's founder or whether there's new management—the place was for sale last year for somewhere north of $200,000.
