Last week we posted that, according to a press release from a broker, 216 Flatbush Avenue (the former location of the failed High Stakes Cheesesteaks) was slated to be a Mediterranean restaurant: According to this photo sent in by a reader this morning, it appears to have a seafood slant, wouldn't you say?
