The owner of the one-story Sleepy's building at 116 Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights has had approval for close to two years to build a three-story addition and cover the whole facade in brick, reports Brooklyn Heights Blog. The planned structure would be 50-feet tall and include six residential units, says The Brooklyn Paper. The catch: The owner needs to close Montague Street for three consecutive weekends.
