The latest Hello Living buildings to offer new units are the Austin and the Montana, reported Set Speed Condo last week. Aguayo & Huebener shows nine units up for grabs at the Montana, and the prices seem rather practical compared to some other projects holding tight to 2007 boom-style prices. A two-bed, one-bath is going for $450,000. The highest priced unit is a 1.5-bath studio/loft for $799,000. The Austin's condos are on another tier, with four units on the market ranging from an $865,000 three-bed to a $955,000 studio-loft. Any takers here?
