After a flurry of work late last summer and fall, it's been pretty quiet over at 192 Water Street since the 10-unit conversion project got hit with a couple of stop work orders at the end of the year. Although a partial stop work order still exists on the property, the project got a big boost last week when plans for a three-level theater were approved by the Landmarks Preservation Commission. The Eagle reports that "construction of the theater...is moving right along," which we were surprised to hear.
