The oddest thing about the new listing for 47 Sidney Place in Brooklyn Heights is the broker the sellers chose to use: Tabak. We can't recall them ever having a Brooklyn listing, and they're not likely to get a whole lot more giving the lame, lazy effort they're making on this two-family house. With a price tag of $5,250,000, you'd think they could take a nice shot of the exterior and include some interior views as well. As it is, it's pretty hard to comment on the pricing. The description makes the house sound pretty fancy schmancy, but without pics there's no way to know whether it's well-done, or just nouveau cheese.
