Hmmmm. This house at 400 Dean Street has some nice aspects to it (some original details, attractive facade) but, by the listing's own admission, needs work in the bathrooms and kitchen. (Also, what's up with that parquet floor?) If it were in impeccable shape, the asking price of $2,095,000 might be reasonable, but given that it's not, and that the location is neither prime Park Slope nor prime Boerum Hill, we suspect the price will have to come down some.
