House of the Day: 358 Prospect Place

We wish the owners of 358 Prospect Place luck, but we don't think this place is likely to fare very well in this market. It's on one of the less scenic blocks in Prospect Heights and, while it's in fine shape, it's been stripped of all of its original character. To top it off, at 2,295 square feet, it's on the small side for a townhouse. With all that against it, we don't see how they get anywhere near the asking price of $1,200,000.
