Remember yesterday when we told you about the proposal for a new 40-story tower for the Greenpoint waterfront? Well, Curbed dug up renderings for the Ismael Leyva-designed project, which would have 422 market-rate and 218 affordable rental units if the developer (the same guy behind the Oro) can get special permission to go above the 30-story limit recently set for the neighborhood.
