While it's a far cry from Dekalb Avenue, this house at 78 Adelphi Street is in Fort Greene nonetheless and therefore noteworthy for its inclusion in this week's list of foreclosures coming up for auction. The 2,200-square-foot three-family house has a lien of $520,465. Over at 768 Macon Street in Bed Stuy, a 4,200-square-foot brick house will be on the block with a lien of $559,819. Both props were originally scheduled for auction back in July, but got a stay. The auction takes place tomorrow in rooms 261 and 274, respectively, at 360 Adams Street.
