It's been almost a year and a half since we spotted the plywood fence around 333 Eastern Parkway, the corner development site at Franklin Avenue. Now the blog I Love Franklin Avenue (which clearly has an interest in this goes!) reports that not only did work start ramping up towards the end of last year, but the contractor in recent days had to trade up to a larger excavator. A look through the fence revealed a "very large foundation and not much else." Frankly, we're impressed that they're charging ahead in this environment.
