We missed this so maybe you did too. A one-sentence nugget in yesterday's NY Post story about delays at Brooklyn Bridge Park, following up on the original story in the Brooklyn Paper: "Also put off was a plan to renovate the Civil War-era Empire Stores warehouse within the park and convert it to retail space." What a shame that is—an activated building in that location would really be a boost to Dumbo. Hey, in the meantime, we'd be happy to fill it with Flea vendors! Thanks to DumboNYC for picking this up.
