Here's an action shot from the construction site of 585 6th Avenue, near 16th Street. The DOB shows a five-story, 25-unit dwelling on the rise, designed by Sears Tambasco architects, whose work we've seen around town; no Web site to vet their work, alas. The developer, Bay Ridge's Trident Developers, said they weren't allowed to give any details on the condo project, per the AG's office.
