Since we just checked in on 475 Sterling, which was expected to herald a new wave of luxury, modern building in Prospect Heights, we thought we'd peek at the development spot across the street, 476 Sterling. There, between Washington and Classon, a four-story, eight-unit building is rising, designed by RKT&B Architecture, known for renovating the Eagle warehouse in Dumbo and some affordable and luxury projects in Brooklyn, north and south. This Williamsburg project looks more adventurous than some others of their works, but the frame here suggests something a little more conventional. GMAP P*Shark DOB
