In April, a two-story home on 19th between 5th and 6th Avenues was demolished to make way for a four-story, nine-family dwelling instead. The architect is Nataliya Donskoy, whose work we're not familiar with. Hopefully, she'll be erecting something more pleasing than the BK Developers buildings plaguing the area.
